I made a large order and was taken aback by the speed of the shipping. I needed to reach out to customer support regarding an item that got damaged during delivery by FedEx. To my amazement, their website chat is manned by a real person who replied immediately and arranged for a replacement to be sent. Definitely a 11/10, I’d shop here again!
